Reservations
Captain's Quarters is available for rent on a monthly basis or longer, usually Saturday through Saturday. Since most reservations are made well in advance (some up to a year in advance) of the anticipated arrival date, we strongly recommend making your reservations at least 6 months in advance of your planned vacation. A $1000 refundable deposit is required with all reservations. Rates are as listed below, plus 11.5% state tax when applicable. There are no additional cleaning fees or any other hidden fees. Cable and all utilities are included in rental fee for stays of 2 months or less. Full payment is due a minimum of 4 weeks prior to anticipated arrival date.
