Local Fauna During your stay at Captain's Quarters, you may experience first-hand some of the local wildlife and marine life.  On any given day, you can find many species of coastal birds, iguanas, turtles, hermit crabs and other delicate land critters.  Take a look into the shallows along the beach or the depths of the boat basin and you will find dozens of representatives of the local marine life, as well.  We invite you to explore to your heart's content, always taking care to respect nature and preserving the environment.  Make sure to bring your mask & fins, camera, telescope and periscope!  Thanks again to some of our guests who have contributed to the great shots you see below.
